Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in their original sustainable packaging, ensuring all artisanal tags and protective wraps are intact to prevent damage during transit.
Affix the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Leave your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the craftsmanship of the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
